Fuzz Factory

Well, this is not new as there have been so many FF projects lying around the net. And I just decided to do a layout since it's so very easy. Pots are mounted directly to the PCB and should be placed vertically like those in original zvex's. I used 125B type box with no problems. Please note that transistor values are my own choices. Components below the "STAB" pot(ie 4.7K, 390 ohms, and 22uF cap) is an LED anti-pop circuit.

    hi rapid, i found some errors in this layout,gate and comp pots are reversed, and stab pins 1 and 2, to +9v, i think.

    I tried it out and sounds really nice.. didn't notice the reversed pots.. just messed around will all of them. Pretty interesting sounds.. oh and BTW i used AC128 (had a few around)

    I'd say totally reversed in this layout but if you rather have it like the original all you have to do is cut some tracks and make some bridges on the pots. (and then you can follow that chart) I think it's more fun to experiment because you will also get different results with dif transistors..amp pickups etc. you can still go by the chart 1:00 reads 11:00, 2:00, 10:00 and so on.

    The lead switching is already on the board? Just wiring a true bypass on a dpdt will make the led go on or off?

    I'm going to build this but I have a couple of questions. There appears to be some unused pads on this layout, such as one connected to Vol lug 1, one connected to lug 3, and one connected to stab lug 1 and 2. Also, I assume the other side of the led goes to ground. Thanks for the help.
